These Terms of Service govern your use of honestauto.net (the "Site"), operated by Honest & Affordable Auto ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site lets you learn about our mobile auto repair and junk removal services, book an appointment, get a quote, and chat with us. You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a request, and not to use the Site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
Any figure shown on the Site, quoted in chat, given over the phone, or estimated from a photo before an in-person diagnosis is an estimate only, not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect the vehicle or the items to be removed, and can change based on parts, labor, volume, access, or what we find once work begins. We tell you the price before we do the work.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that a time is held. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it by call, text or email. We may need to reschedule for weather, parts availability, or a job that runs long, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
Our chat assistant and the automated assistant that may answer our phone line are software. They can be wrong, and nothing either one says is a binding quote, a diagnosis, or a promise that a time is available. A person from our team reviews requests and follows up. See our Privacy Policy for how those conversations are stored.
Some services require a signed service agreement before work begins. That agreement governs the work performed and takes precedence over these general Terms for that service.
The text, photos, video, logos and layout on the Site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not limit any warranty we give in a signed service agreement for work we actually perform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honest & Affordable Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
